In 2017, co-founders Ken Charles and Cody Pettit founded ExecutiveSearch.AI with a simple belief: recruiting was broken, and technology could fix it.

They had seen the industry's problems firsthand—boiler-room call centers, endless LinkedIn spam, and recruiters spending 80% of their time on administrative tasks instead of actually connecting with candidates.

On February 1st, 2018, they launched Japan's first AI-first recruiting firm.
