In 2017, co-founders Ken Charles and Cody Pettit founded ExecutiveSearch.AI with a simple belief: recruiting was broken, and technology could fix it.

They had seen the industry's problems firsthand—boiler-room call centers, endless LinkedIn spam, and recruiters spending 80% of their time on administrative tasks instead of actually connecting with candidates.

On February 1st, 2018, they launched Japan's first AI-first recruiting firm.

For years, Headhunt.AI was our secret weapon. We built it internally to power our own recruiting operations, constantly refining the algorithms, expanding the database, and improving accuracy based on real-world results.
