Docs & MCP

Work with Headhunt.AI from your own tools.

Headhunt.AI ships a customer MCP server. Point an MCP-capable client at it, sign in with your Headhunt.AI account, and your searches, pipeline and credits are available where you already work.

The server

Endpoint: mcp.headhunt.ai · streamable HTTP · authentication is OAuth — you sign in with your Headhunt.AI account, and the server sees exactly what your role in the app sees. No separate keys to manage.

Setup

Add https://mcp.headhunt.ai as a remote MCP server in your client and complete the sign-in when prompted. The exact configuration snippet for your setup is in the app under Settings → Integrations, ready to copy.

The tools

17 tools cover search and desk operations. Among them:

Search

run_search · expand_search · get_search_results · find_candidate

Desk

list_clients · list_jobs · pipeline_summary · my_credits

The complete tool list, with parameters, is shown in Settings → Integrations once you're signed in.

Scope and permissions

The server is read-and-search oriented and respects your in-app role: what you can't see in the app, you can't see through MCP. Credits are consumed by MCP-initiated searches exactly as they are in the app — same rules, same 50-plus-and-filters billing.

Changelog

Changes to the server and tool list will be posted here.

The config snippet is waiting in the app.
