With Scout IQ as your destination, replies get answered in your voice, candidates are offered real times from your calendar, and interviews land on it. Nothing comes back into Headhunt.AI — replies live in Scout IQ, where you sign in with the same account you use for Headhunt.AI and see every conversation and every booked interview.
Routine replies are answered in your voice. A fixed set of sensitive cases is always handled by a person: opt-outs, legal and visa questions, compensation negotiations, hostile threads, and “am I talking to a person?”
