How does “1 credit = 1 qualified candidate” work?
You only spend credits on candidates who pass your search filters and score 50 or higher on ESAI Score benchmarking. Candidates below the threshold never appear in your results — and never bill.
Is Scout IQ really included?
Yes. Scout IQ — the auto-reply and interview-scheduling agent — is separate software run independently by ESAI Agency K.K., and it comes at no additional cost for Headhunt.AI organizations using Send Scouts. It isn't a bundle or a higher tier; it's a hand-off you switch on. Sensitive replies always go to a person.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed by invoice (bank transfer). Every invoice is a qualified invoice (適格請求書) issued by ExecutiveSearch.AI K.K., registration number T5011001118882, with consumption tax itemized. Net-30 terms are standard on Scale and annual contracts.
Are the listed prices tax-inclusive?
No — prices on this page exclude Japanese consumption tax (10%), which is added on the invoice. ¥500,000 / month becomes ¥550,000 / month billed.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits roll over within the billing cycle and reset at renewal. Annual plan credits are granted in full on day one and stay valid for the whole contract year. Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
What if we run out of credits mid-month?
Add a pay-as-you-go pack at any time — the platform draws from it automatically once your plan credits are spent. No interruption to your searches.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your credits stay usable until then. Annual contracts include a 14-day cooling-off window from signing.
Where is our data stored?
AWS Tokyo region. Headhunt.AI is operated by ExecutiveSearch.AI K.K., a Japanese corporation in the Monstarlab Inc. (TSE: 5255) group. A Data Processing Agreement is available on Scale and on request.
Is Headhunt.AI compliant with Japanese recruitment regulations?
Headhunt.AI is filed with Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a 第4号特定募集情報等提供事業者 under the amended 職業安定法 — 届出受理番号 51-募-001920, accepted 12 May 2026 and listed on the MHLW 人材サービス総合サイト. The agency side of the group — AgentRPO and Scout IQ — is run separately by ESAI Agency K.K., which holds the 有料職業紹介 license (許可番号 13-ユ-319155). Full details are on the Trust page.
